H. Lee Browne is a principal of Greenwich Technologies LLC, a private investment and advisory company specializing in early stage companies developing proprietary technologies. Mr. Browne is also an inventor with over 10 patents, most of which have been licensed to over 300 companies worldwide. He has been the CEO of Soundview Technologies, Greenwich Information Technologies LLC, Signature-mail.com, Personal Pro Interactive Systems and Greenwich Pharmaceuticals Incorporated. Mr. Browne has served on the board of local and national non-profit organizations including the National Forest Foundation, Audubon Greenwich, the Bruce Museum, the Family Center and the PAGL Foundation.

John Hanousek left Hewlett Packard in 2008 to target Energy and Healthcare Internet business creation. At Hewlett Packard, John led worldwide teams who were responsible for creating new businesses in the Imaging and Printing and Services business units. During the late 1990’s, John was a principal at Apexx Technology, an Internet mail and security company that became listed on NASDAQ via a merger with ESoft. Prior to that, John worked for Bank of Boston in asset based deal construction.

John has over 20 years experience in the computer and information technology industry, with specific expertise in new business creation, solution development and management, alliance creation and equity investments.

John has served in board positions for commercial entities and non-profits including Thorton Oliver Keller, The Idaho Association of Industry and Commerce, Girl Scouts and the Hewlett Packard Political Advisory Committee. John holds an MBA from the University of Montana and a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance from Boston College.
