Clay Young is the co-founder and CEO of Inovus Solar™. Mr. Young worked in various business development, product management, marketing and channel development roles in the early stages of the Hewlett-Packard LaserJet business. He moved on to build out new computer software and hardware businesses and help stage Extended Systems for their Initial Public Offering. Subsequent to leaving Extended Systems he co-founded ProClarity Corporation and was the executive responsible for strategic alliances, business development, OEM sales, corporate development, marketing and product strategy. ProClarity grew rapidly and was on the Upside 100, Inc. Fast 500, and Software 100 hot growth company lists for the years running up to Microsoft’s acquisition in 2006. Mr. Young was integral to the very successful integration of ProClarity within Microsoft and played and a key role in helping Microsoft get new products to market as well as acquire another company.

Mr. Young was one of the founding members of the Boise Angel Fund and is an active investor and advisor with growth companies. He has a BA in marketing and an MBA from Boise State University.

Seth Myer is the co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and inventor of the Inovus SmartPole™. Myer’s diverse background includes system engineering, solar design, energy conservation, project management, international business and directing complex, dynamic programs. Myer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Idaho State University and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Myer’s interest and involvement in solar energy and conservation spans more than 20 years. He has performed energy studies and engineered energy conservation systems. The scope of Mr. Myer's project experience includes design of UPS, standby and emergency power systems, commissioning, roadway and area lighting, solar steam powered generation, and solar photovoltaic systems.

Paul Cooperrider is the Vice President of Product Development for Inovus Solar™. In his role, he provides strategic direction for Product Development looking out over three generations of product. He also assists in technology road mapping and manages the engineering team to deliver products according to the Product Roadmap. In addition, Mr. Cooperrider supports sales and management of strategic accounts from a technical perspective.

Prior to his current position, he held executive level positions in a technology startup, an intellectual property management firm and his own technology/business consulting firm, with a focus on nanotechnology and CleanTech businesses. Mr. Cooperrider is an advisory board member of another startup and has served on selection committees and reviewing panels for startups seeking investment and business advice. He also had a successful twenty-four year career with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), serving in multiple business and engineering leadership positions. Mr. Cooperrider’s career at HP focused on emerging technologies and emerging businesses, including serving as General Manager of HP Personal Storage Business. Prior to early retirement from HP, he was a New Business Development Manager in HP’s Imaging and Printing business unit.

Mr. Cooperrider holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Illinois, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Mr. Cooperrider is a member of the Licensing Executives Society International.

Kent Walker joined the Inovus Solar™ management team to become the Vice President of Manufacturing. Kent has spent nearly 20 years in various positions within the manufacturing operation of Micron Technologies. Most recently he was responsible for world-wide manufacturing planning. His experience spans outsourcing, demand planning and component explosion across complex, multi-location manufacturing processes. He was with Micron from their earliest years and helped build the manufacturing organization through their high growth.

Bruce Eastman is the Chief Operating Officer for Inovus Solar™. Mr. Eastman also serves as a board member and was most recently the Magma Design Automation, Inc. Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Eastman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hitachi Storage Software, Inc., a provider of IT storage management products and an independent subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. From September 1999 to May 2001, Mr. Eastman served as a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Comstock Systems, an IT management company which was acquired by Hitachi, Ltd. Mr. Eastman has extensive executive experience in sales and marketing with many successful technology start up companies in Silicon Valley.
